Additional Information: I bought an OF with Skrill accs from him on 15 aug (payment hash for first account - https://imgur.com/a/yzhcjGM) and he replaced it due to some problem. He gave me a second account and there was no problem with it. But he said he couldn't resell the first account since my client used it. So I paid for it and logged in to it. Later, he changed the password using one of his recovery options. After I asked for the account or money, he blocked me.

His first tg accs were banned or limited. This is proof that the deleted account is his. He messaged me from the new one and said that the one he was using was his.
