Scam Report Against @tissyiscool (20usd)

Description of what happened: 
I spoke to Landon (his telegram name) with regards to the netflix subscription.
I paid $20 for 6months netflix using his method on my account.

A few days later when the subscription was supposed to charge his payment, I saw my personal card was charged. I was confused so I messaged him and he said how there was an error with the package or something like that but on my email, I saw he logged into the netflix a day before and changed the payment. I was about to open a scam report then he messaged me on telegram saying how there was an error with his method and this n that. I messaged him on the 3rd, 4th and 5th of November but no response until my I messaged from another account yesterday and he responded. Today I am blocked because I asked for another update. I have a few screenshots due to my phone crashing after I updated it(lost everything)
