Scammer @Herbanox
his telegram @herbanox_official
This nigga bought macif.fr keywords with Mail access from me. After several successful transactions, he ran out of money and refuses to pay me $480. He constantly demands new data to send my debt. Today I sent him new data, he said it was bad, and demands I send more to pay my debt. This scammer needs to be banned immediately before he scams someone else. I also attach evidence.

This is completely false, let me put everything into context.
Currently, I’m working on a cashout plan, and this person provided me with lists of mail access through macif.fr keywords. I paid him what I owed for each list (in total, I must have paid him around $600-700 for all the lists).
The last list he sent me was completely invalid and unusable.
Regarding the payment, at no point did I refuse to pay him. I simply explained that for the last list, I didn’t have any crypto available at that moment, so I offered to pay via bank transfer. He refused that option, which I understand.

To clarify, as part of my cashout plan, I receive on average 12 ETH (around €30,000) every 5th of the month. I told him I could pay him via IBAN in the meantime, and that wasn’t an issue.
After several hours of negotiation, I proposed a solution that would simplify things for both of us. I suggested giving him a Wise account with the money in it, and he could do whatever he wanted with it. He accepted this solution.

Then he asked me if the money would be available today, and I said "YES", but only if he sent me a valid list, so I could do the cashout and give him the money directly, along with the rest of what I already owed him.

He agreed, but after receiving the poor-quality list he sent me, he decided to freak out and accuse me of being a scammer.
I want to make it clear that I never intended to scam anyone. I have fulfilled all my commitments, but it seems there was a misunderstanding or poor communication that led to this situation.

@edgar2

Please confirm: the $480 is for which exact delivery (date/time + file/list name or identifier)?
Please provide the full chat context where the $480 price/balance was agreed (not cropped) and where the delivery was made.
What were the agreed quality terms for this deal (if any)? (e.g., minimum working rate, minimum inbox rate, replacement policy, etc.)
Did you offer or agree to any replacement or partial refund / partial payment option if the last list was lower quality? If yes, send proof.

@Herbanox

Do you acknowledge you currently owe $480 to @edgar2? (Yes/No  clear answer)
If you claim the last list was “invalid” or “unusable”, provide an objective test summary:

sample size tested
pass/fail results
when it was tested

You mentioned alternative payment methods (IBAN / Wise). Did @edgar2 ever accept any of these as a final settlement? Send proof.
Did you ever condition payment on receiving new or additional data? If yes, send proof where this condition was explicitly agreed by both sides.

Both @edgar2 and @Herbanox

Confirm whether there was a written agreement defining:

what counts as “valid”
replacement or refund rules
payment timing

If you have any payment proofs (txid / screenshots), post them here (sensitive details may be blurred).

Hello Administrator,
Do you acknowledge that you currently owe $480 to @edgar2?
Answer: No.
If you claim the last list was “invalid” or “unusable,” please provide an objective test summary:
  • Sample size tested: Entire list (198 mail accesses)
  • Pass / Fail results: 2 valid out of 198
  • Date of testing: Yesterday
You mentioned alternative payment methods (IBAN / Wise). Did @edgar2 ever accept any of these as a final settlement? Please provide proof.
He deleted the conversation and blocked me on Telegram.
As shown in his video, I clearly explained that the solution which would be fair for both of us was for him to send me a correct and valid list, and I would then pay him either via IBAN or Wise. He accepted this proposal, but after sending an incorrect list, he then refused this arrangement.
He is now demanding $480, but the issue is that the list provided is completely invalid.
Did you ever condition payment on receiving new or additional data? If yes, provide proof that this condition was explicitly agreed by both parties.
As shown in the video, I proposed this solution and he accepted it. However, after sending the list, he requested the $480 payment, which directly contradicts the new agreement we had reached.

@Herbanox
Your response has been noted. However:

Claims regarding “2/198 valid” require objective proof (screenshots/logs/time references).
The alleged “new agreement” replacing the $480 balance must be supported by a clear written acceptance from @edgar2.

@edgar2
You are required to respond and provide:

Confirmation of what the $480 refers to (which delivery),
Proof of delivery,
Your response to the alleged “new agreement” claim.

Both parties:
Failure to respond with evidence within 24 hours will result in a staff decision based solely on the available records.

Hello, Administrator

Regarding proof of the discussion, given that Edgar deleted the conversation, I cannot provide you with any, however I can send you the email file and you will be able to see for yourself that nothing matches.

Regarding the $480, I told him he could receive it but only via IBAN transfer. He accepted my proposal, which was to give me a new list, except that this one is invalid.

He owes me $480 for the last lines, he himself wrote that he would send them in 3-4 days, but in the end he sent nothing, he wrote this on December 10th, and he sent nothing, everything can be seen in the video that I sent

After a full review of all provided chat logs and video evidence, staff issues the following final decision.

Key Findings

The chat logs clearly show that on December 10, @Herbanox explicitly stated that the outstanding payment would be made within 3–4 days.
This payment obligation was established before any discussion regarding the last sent lines.
The last delivered lines are NOT included in the $480 debt referenced on December 10.
Therefore, any quality dispute or claim regarding the last sent lines is irrelevant to the previously acknowledged payment obligation.
Statements such as “finding another supplier” do not nullify or reduce an existing debt to the original seller.
The payment was never completed, despite a clear timeframe being provided.

An acknowledged debt cannot be:

retroactively modified,
conditioned on new data, or
dismissed due to sourcing from a different supplier.
The obligation to pay $480 existed independently and remains valid.

This scam report is VALID.

@Herbanox is required to pay the outstanding $480 owed to @edgar2.

@Herbanox is granted 24 hours from this decision to complete the payment and post proof in this thread.
Failure to do so will result in immediate staff action in accordance with forum policy.
